What This Space Is

Leadership Unscripted is where I think out loud about what leadership really looks like, in the messy middle of decisions, deadlines, people, and pressure. It’s not curated. It’s not performative. It’s me, pulling threads from lived experience and asking better questions along the way.

This space is for people who lead with intention, not ego. People who are figuring it out in real time. People who care more about impact than appearances.

Who I Am

I’ve led in nonprofits, moved big grants across the finish line, and held space during hard transitions. I’ve also watched leadership go off the rails when equity is treated like an afterthought or a buzzword.

My writing comes from experience, curiosity, and the belief that leadership should be more than a checklist and a LinkedIn post. I don’t have all the answers, and that’s kind of the point. Maybe we can figure it out together.
